The initial consult is $597, once transitioned into a program that best fits your needs, investments begin at $997.

Forefront Wellness is a cash-based clinic and does not directly bill insurance. This model allows us to provide personalized, comprehensive care focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than being limited by insurance restrictions. Depending on your insurance plan, some laboratory services may be eligible for reimbursement or covered through third-party providers.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy At Forefront Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to every client. To ensure we can best serve all patients, we kindly ask that you review our scheduling and cancellation policy: Scheduling Appointments Appointments may be scheduled through your patient portal or by contacting our office. We encourage booking follow-up appointments in advance to maintain continuity of care and support your progress throughout your wellness journey. Appointment Changes & Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 or the loss of the scheduled visit/session, depending on the program or service purchased. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, your visit may need to be shortened to respect other scheduled clients. If there is insufficient time remaining, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy. Emergency Situations We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Forefront Wellness. Forefront Wellness is designed to complement your healthcare team and does not replace a primary care provider (PCP). We focus on personalized, root-cause wellness care, including hormonal, reproductive, metabolic, and lifestyle optimization. We encourage all clients to maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider for routine preventive care, acute illnesses, urgent concerns, vaccinations, and management of conditions outside the scope of our services. Our goal is to work alongside your existing healthcare providers to help create a more comprehensive approach to your health and well-being.
