Our Process

Foundation
Review
Our process begins with establishing your foundation through a comprehensive 60-minute initial consultation. This includes a detailed intake and symptom analysis, targeted lab panel, personalized wellness report, supplement protocol, and recommendations for a program tailored to your specific needs.

Restore
Once your foundation is established through a comprehensive initial assessment, we create a personalized program—or strategic combination of programs—to address the root causes of imbalance and restore optimal health. Our care is offered in three tiers, allowing you to choose the level of support that best suits your needs.
3.
Balance
Once you are enrolled in your personalized program, we continue to support and balance your health through monthly follow-up appointments. During these visits, your plan is carefully refined—addressing any new concerns and adjusting prescriptions and supplements as needed to maintain balance and support your progress.

Thrive
Once your program is completed, you’ll have the option to transition into a maintenance program tailored to your needs—allowing you to sustain your results, continue to thrive, and feel your absolute best. This phase of care includes follow-up appointments as needed, along with continued prescription management, adjustments, and refills.
